1986 Land Rover 90 V8 County Station Wagon. Frome, Somerset
Here for sale we have a lovely un-molested example
of British engineering. Although used the vehicle
remains in good condition for its 22 years, with
just a few small dents & little oxidation to the
bottoms of the doors, she sports the original
decals and the original blue paint really comes up
well with a good polish. This is the 5 seat version with two side facing
seats in the rear, probably to allow room for the
gun dogs! We have fitted new locks all around, two new rear
shock absorbers and rear mud flaps & she passed
her recent mot with no advisories. So basically a good solid british classic Land
Rover that remains un-modified in any way. Always
starts first time and should continue to do so for
many years to come. Beat the winter weather with this appreciating

fanatically maintained and has every conceivable
extra including £400 worth of bumper with LR
spots, full length roof bars,
professionally tinted all round etc. The adjustable suspension has recently been
replaced at great cost and set at a fixed ride
height so no fear of that ever going wrong! The same goes for the fast and powerful td5
engine as replaced all the gaskets recently as
fantastic performance it drives like new and uses
no oil or water. It really is the quickest and
most responsive td5 that I have ever driven. The
engine sounds quiet, pulls very well and never
overheats. The interior is in very good condition and still
smells like new! I am also giving away with the car my HTC PDA
mobile wifi internet ready computer / phone / tom
tom satnav as it was bought specifically for the Land Rover
and really suits the car dash. This is an absolutely trouble free Discovery not
like so many others! Genuine reason for sale.
Oh nearly forgot it can easily be fitted with 2 extra seats

For Sale - Ex MOD 1984 Landrover Defender 109 series 3. Westmoors, Dorset
A very historic ex MOD land rover pick up.Full
MOD service history. Judging by the paperwork it
looks like it's been all over, including in (and
possibly dropped out of!) a plane! Genuine
mileage of around 42,000 miles but Unfortunately
due to lack of oil (our fault entirely) we
ruined the engine and had to buy another one.
The new engine comes from a Defender as well and
we're selling both the car and the new engine to
someone who's looking for a project!
Painted green camo body and green canvas soft
top. Door tops need replacing due to rust but
the bulk head and chassis are very good.
MOT until May 2010 and tax until the end of jan
2010. Buyer will need to tow the car away and will
need either the equipment (or a lot of man
power!) to lift the spare engine to take it away.
Will all be worth it when it's back on the road
