pajero,turbo diesel lost power

my pajero has lost power , since i fitted a new glow plug , or is a coincidence,it happened about the same time, it felt like the fuel filter was blocked up ,which has been changed ,but their is still no power, had the turbo checked and seems ok , could it possibly need hooking up to a computor to re set turbo boost , or similar , im now at a loss ,please help
