We can advise & assist you in registering your own domain on the internet. We can tell you the differences between all the domain name types & why some are better than others. We can also do a search & tell you which are available. Cost to purchase a .co.uk domain name is £22.50 plus VAT which includes two years of fees to Nominet UK. ( .com .eu .net .org addresses are £40 plus VAT for the first two years) Cost to operate the domain depends on a variety of factors, please ask for a quotation. Once the domain is operational we can either produce the pages for you or just manage the domain for you to do your own web design. If you want to transfer the domain name to another ISP we will do that free of charge.
NOTE: In our experience nearly 1 in 10 domains are incorrectly registered.

£30 set up and £250 per annum both plus VAT, or £30 set up and £25 per month by standing order plus VAT. Includes 75Mb web and stats space UNIX (W2000 avaiable at extra cost). FTP access for uploading. Virtually unlimited throughput, detailed stats updated weekly, including hits per day, hits per hour, hits by country & hits by page. Stats are stored for a rolling 12 months. Secure server, Windows 2000 server, Actinic shopping server all available. Web programming is charged at £54 per hour depending on complexity, not per page. Most pages take between 30 minutes and two hours each. Scanning from pictures available.
We are very flexible on our hosting & have no objection to you designing the web site yourself, getting a third party company to design it or it being done in part or totally by our own in house experts at 4x4web.

£10 set up and from £50 per annum both plus VAT. Includes 30Mb web and stats space (enough for about 100 web pages) UNIX (Front Page and W2000 avaiable at extra cost). FTP access for uploading. Detailed stats available, updated weekly, including hits per day, hits per hour, hits by country & hits by page. Stats are stored for a rolling 12 months. Email and dial up accounts available.

Banner Adverts
4x4web is an infomation & hosting company supplying primarily the needs of its hosted and marketing clients & the worldwide 4x4 community. Suitable & fast downloading banners will be considered. Size approx 475 x 50 pixels. Note we do not guarantee any percentage of click throughs although one of our clients got over 25 times more click throughs from his logo at the bottom of 4x4 web pages in a month as he did from another major 4x4 web company that he was paying for a banner on.

- Banner at top of 4x4web home page £40 per month payable in advance. This page got 26,000 impressions in Jan 2007.
- Banner at top of 4x4web 4sale page £50 per month payable in advance. This page got 38,000 impressions in Jan 2007.
- Banner at top of any other 4x4web page from £20 - £50 per month payable in advance.
